I'm an American college student obsessed with language learning. I'm majoring in linguistics, French, and Russian, which works out well with my passion for travelling and meeting new people. I'm fairly outgoing and will try just about anything once.

I'm on couchsurfing, because I don't want to be a cookie-cutter traveler. When I go somewhere, I don't want to just check off the top-ten recommended sites from Trip Advisor; I want to meet people and learn about them and their city and experience more than what you'd expect from a brochure.
