London based artist! Pretty much spend my time cooking and painting. Have a morning yoga practice which keeps me half sane. Dabble in a bit of massage and plant based nutrition - always happy to spread and build my limited knowledge in these areas!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Finally got a studio in London so am starting to use it as a place to stay for my fellow coach surfers, also occasionally donate myself to other peoples coaches. (I'm generous like that)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed once! Was everything I could have asked for and more!!! Now currently in love.

5min gourmet meal.

Stick your favourite ravioli (pumpkin works well) in salted boiling water to cook.

Meanwhile heat a pan of olive oil until its smoking, add some sliced figs, turn over straight away to caramelise, add some chopped chilli and take out after 30/40seconds. Put these figs on top of your cooked ravioli with a drizzles of olive oil, salt crystals and coarsely ground black pepper.

Serve with a baby leaf and rocket salad with some olive oil, salt, pepper and soft goats cheese.
