CURRENT MISSION

Well . . . I had to have a break from my mental career of being a bonkers Chef. Sooo 6 months of working and off I go in 3 weeks for 5 months. I am currently based in Brisbane and will be mooching around New Zealand, then Oz, then of to South East Asia.

I am one of the most silliest and smily people you could ever meet. I have a wicked sense of humour, like to push most boundaries. Enjoy healthy debates and like to get in touch with my spiritual side too. I am pretty chilled out, but can get wonderfully excited about all sorts of random things. I love life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seen the sunrise from Mount Sinai after a 4 hour nightime trek. Being awake for dawn on a summers day in the English countryside.
