Before embarking on further study, possibly into acting or teaching, I am out to experience more of this beautiful world! I am so passionate about seeing a country from a local's eyes, and I find the smallest differences in our culture (like the enormity of the American Walmart :O ) fascinating!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking to see the world from the eyes of locals - cooking, living, doing normal things and most of all meeting amazing, vibrant people. I am travelling in the US for the summer, and would love to meet as many Americans as possible - and would be more than happy to open my home to others once I have returned home.

Interests

I love water - swimming in pools, at the beach, lakes, dams - anywhere! I teach kids how to swim, and absolutely love working with them! I am very interested in fine arts - I love to paint, draw as well as perform in musicals, plays and dances (although I'm not great at dancing its one of my favourite things to do!). I love being outdoors; I enjoy hiking, swimming and bike riding - I think this gives an excellent view of a new town/city. And of course, I love to travel. I have been very few places, but am such a huge believer that not enough people travel enough in their lifetimes, and I will do anything to make sure I see this world!
