At 18 I left home and travelled around Thailand, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. It was the best year of my life and I knew that once I had graduated from uni I would want to travel more. However once qualified I fell into a job which I loved and spent my summers travelling Europe which kept me happy for 4 years. However 2 years ago I decided to leave to try and see some more of the world. I travelled around Europe for another 6 months and then caught a job working in a ski resort for 6 months. I loved it so much that I spent the following few years working 6 months in Austria and 6 months back home teaching. I finally gave it up and embarked on my journey around Central and South America, I would love to learn Spanish as I travel!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After years of hearing about the friendships made on here and the great experiences people have had I thought it was about time I gave it a go. I would love to one day open up the place I'm staying and show people around a city or place I call home.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love lots of different types of music but a firm favourite is Motown music! I pretty much try and dance to any music whether it is familiar or not!
Dumb and dumber has to be one of my all time favourite movies. My friends would say I'm a nightmare for remembering what films I've already seen (often remembering half way through that I've already seen it!)
