I am living in a single bedroom condo in downtown New Westminster. This place is very convenient to transit, shops, restaurants, theater, beautiful quay, etc.
I have no pet, non smoking, comfortable home. Laundry machines are common use with coins.
I can share my couch with a deserving woman. I cant stay in the same place alone with a loud person, one who talks endlessly, and a messy person.
I am kind, nice, respectful, and easy to get along with.
