Hi there! I'm a modern languages graduate based near London, England. I have always loved to travel to new and exciting places and meet new people. A few years back I had the amazing opportunity to spend a year living and studying in France, which has just made me want to explore even more of the world! I really enjoy meeting people and discovering different ideas and interests, sharing memories.. and even just hearing life stories from strangers you meet in passing on planes, trains and everywhere else!

I really enjoy learning languages, so would be happy to help out if you needed any tips or help with English/French, and maybe in exchange I can learn something new too :)

I travel mostly with my boyfriend, Dan, and we have spent the last year and a half away from the UK travelling Asia and working in New Zealand. Our next stop is Australia, and we hope to look forward to more opportunities to travel in future!

If I've learnt anything from my travels and living abroad, it has been the importance of immersing yourself into different cultures and seeing more of the world. By couch-surfing, I hope to meet others, learn more about the culture of a place and make more valuable memories.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love all kinds of music, from pop to punk, classical to techno! Tell me a good band/musician and I'll give them a listen :)

I enjoy foreign films, like Intouchable and Cinema Paradiso. Also films like Pulp Fiction, Bridesmaids and Inception.

After a break from uni I've finally got back into reading! I'm currently enjoying Nineteen Eighty-Four, but some of my favourites include A Thousand Splendid Suns, The Book Thief and My Sister's Keeper.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Lived for a year abroad in Lyon, France and another in Wellington, New Zealand (and hopefully more to be added to the list in years to come!)

My aim is to keep travelling, meet new people and have new experiences :)
