ABOUT ME

I love books, films and, above all, music. Travel is (obviously) another of my big passions - I have just returned from 5 months in South America and I am currently sleeping on a friend's couch in Melbourne, Australia as I am moving to Sweden in (hopefully) a couple of weeks. I plan to study a Masters in International Human Rights Law at Lund University in Lund, Sweden.

I joined couch surfing after very high recommendations from various people I stumbled across on my South American journey. I obviously stayed in a lot of hostels in SA and I realised that couch surfing is a great alternative as you gather a very different perspective of a place from the people that actually live there, rather than being a tourist.

I am an outgoing person and I love meeting new people. I have been described as a 'feeler' as my emotions tend to rule me a bit (I don't feel people up!). I am also an incredibly open person and I also really like other people that are open. I think life is essentially all about people. I don't really care about the material notion of 'success' - I think a successful life is one in which a person connects with as many other humans as possible in a profound and compassionate way.

I really hope to meet some interesting and like-minded (or not so like-minded) people on my journeys. The more the merrier!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had one interesting experience in La Paz Bolivia which involved dog-sitting a very hip Schnauzer named Duke.

Heaps of stuff. But above all - MUSIC! Currently trying to talk anyone and everyone into going to Way Out West festival with me in Gothenburg, Sweden. Come on, you know you wanna...
