ABOUT ME

Moved to London two years ago in search of travel and new experiences and as a launch pad for European adventures!

I have an odd sense of humour, love nothing more than hanging out with friends (old and new) and talking about everything or nothing over tasty beer/wine/cheese, preferably in the sun, because living in the UK has given me a complex.

Travelled France, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Austria, Greece and fell in love with all things Italian, discovering a passion for photography along the way.

Hoping to fit in as much travel this year as i can afford before i am forced to a) head home or b) flee to an undecided Meditteranean location where i will work for a pittance and fritter it away on good food and wine. Which I am actually quite happy to do.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm sure I have some sort of philosophy worth sticking to floating about. Would probably have to do with food or travel or both...and music etc etc

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the minute just surfing as much as i can in Europe as this is THE BEST way to really get to the heart of a city. Plan on hosting a bunch when I am back home and 'settled' - god forbid.

Will read literature and historical writings - i also have been known to while away the hours perusing travel guides and maps and daydreaming.
