ABOUT ME

I've moved a lot. I was born, and currently reside, in England. I spent more than half of my life in the US, moving around various parts of Florida, Tenneessee and the Carolinas. I returned to the UK in 2009. I live in a small town in south Oxfordshire, sometimes I think "maybe I'll just stay here, maybe I should just pick a place and stop" , but only time will tell! I'm making a point of trying to see Europe.

PHILOSOPHY

You can't control what anyone else does or says, you can only control how you respond to it. Life is what you make it, so get off your ass.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I could probably free up a couch spot for a night for one person or more, but I share a house with another girl, so would need to check with her. I would really like to meet up with people just for a chat also.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met up with a bunch of couchsurfers in Dublin and spent a wonderful drunken night with them. Some of them worked for a walking tour company and we took part in an organised(or perhaps slightly unorganised) pub crawl. Top night!

Interests

I love love love live music!! I love seeing new places, meeting new people, trying new things. I want to eat local cuisine, drink wine and stay up all night chatting.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read just about anything I stumble across. I am mildly addicted to crossword puzzles and sudoku. I will try to talk everyone into reading at least one book my Paolo Coelho. I play a little guitar, and less piano. I like most music, but mainly classic rock and country, but that doesn't mean you wont catch me singing Frank Sinatra songs into my mop.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I crossed the Atlantic on the QM2, it was incredible. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
