Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always loved the idea of sharing not only an apartment but mainly a piece of culture with other travellers. Currently, my fiancée and I are planning a three-week trip to Japan - a country we are very excited to visit during the 2019 cherry blossom season. We would love to find hosts kind enough to let us crush on their couches and/or share some local knowledge. We are both very easy going people in our late 20's, eager to explore the country. We will be happy to practise our very rusty Japanese (thank you Michel Thomas...) and teach some Czech (haha...).
