I love nature, but enjoy city life. I love trekking around the world but like staying at home watching a good movie. I love running but enjoy sitting doing nothing. I love to socialize and party but I am trying to meditate ! I love food but I am quasi vegan ! I am health conscious but enjoy drinking wine and beers.

I am not good at this type of listing, because I am too all over the map and thus watch, read, and listen anything that can teach me something and then I forget about which book, movie taught me what !

Here are still some books that were an eye-opener and life-changing for me when I read them: "The china study", "Ageless body, timeless mind" and "Ishmael".

In my previous life, I used to be a BD addict, so Tintin had also a big influence on me !
