ABOUT ME

Born and raised in New Caledonia (french island in the Pacific), I lived in Zaire, Nepal and France as a kid... Lived in Australia and Canada since moved out from home. Traveled 1 year around the world and can't wait to do more. I moved to Montreal 4years ago to try something different !! Still living there and loving it. I love discovering new people and other cultures.

I love life in general and I especially enjoy meeting new people and spending time with my friends. Don't like being alone so much, always better to share stories with someone :)

PHILOSOPHY

I love food in general and can´t stand travelling somewhere without trying typical meals and what countries have to offer from their kitchens. Always nicer to share something with someone, don't like being alone !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been house moving quite often since I finished my studies but I am always open to receive CSurfers whenever I can. Hometown is in New Caledonia, but after living few years in France and in Australia, I moved to Canada in February 2012. Loving it !

I have now my own place since in Montreal and I enjoy meeting new travelers and discovering new friends by hosting!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was brought into the CS experience when travelling with a friend around South America. My friend was registered on CS and we got hosted for 2 weeks on an Estancia in Argentina. First experience was amazing... I joined straight away.

I kept doing it around North America and Europe during a year of travel. I just love to discover cities through the locals.

Interests

-Cooking --> eating !!!

-Travelling in any kind of way: CS, road trips, cruise, backpacking, 5 star hotels (when my budget allows it :)

-Sports in general... Kitesurfing, Rugby, Tennis, Squash, Rock climbing, Soccer...

-Outdoor activities: Fishing, Hunting, Hiking, Camping.

-Cinema and New Technologies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- 2 weeks in an Estancia in Argentina. Staying with couchsurfers. Best experience ever !
- Hiking for 5 days in the Salkantay Valley to reach Machu Picchu in Peru and hiking in Chile at Torres Del Paine
- Being on a remote island in New Caledonia in survival mode.. living from fishing :)
