About Me

At the time of writing I have been over a year in Taiwan. I was lucky or probably just worked hard enough to be awarded a scholarship to study in Taiwan after joining the army. This is my second instance living away from home and family. I had previously been awarded a three-year scholarship to study in Mexico city and successfully completed an electronic-aviation course.

While living abroad I know it can be really difficult to get around and perhaps the language may be another problem and barrier. Thus the need to be able to surf when I travel and be able to host others when they are in Taiwan.

I consider myself an independent person who is always looking for new adventures, exercise and keep healthy since this was taught during my army training. I am always up for new adventures, exploring the unexplored, traveling and I prefer outdoor activities such as swimming, hiking, camping, surfing and cycling.

I see myself as an open-minded person who respects others and expect the same. I believe we should live to the fullest, regret nothing, go wild and explore all that there is to explore, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to meet new people and make friends from all over the world. I also want to travel before I go away definitely.

I am a strong believer that we learn not only from our surroundings but by emotions and contact with other people. Seeing daily life in a city or country by the side of a local is the best way to explore a place, even though it's only for a few days.
