I am a recent Geology graduate with a keen interest in the wilderness, particularly perusing adventure sports. I practice meditation and yoga, whilst having a burning passion to travel and share the wonders of life with people from all walks of life.

Connecting with ourselves through nature is where we can learn the most, and meditation and yoga hugely enhance this journey.

There is so much we can learn from the world...we have no time to waste!
