About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to find myself, while having a deep and wide look around the world!

ABOUT ME

I'm currently in a vocational search, volunteering in Nepal. Previously I was working in Brazil, in advertising... but I wanted to devote myself to something more meaningful, at least to me. Since I'm a feminist and I really believe in the power of engaged individuals to change the world, I joined a local NGO focused on ending violence against women. I expect this can help me find a way to merge "earning" with "believing".
I'm addicted to writing.
I'm a happy person, concerned about the environment (people and nature).

PHILOSOPHY

I believe there's a lot we don't chose in our life: where we are born, how we look like... but we do chose what to do with our energy, how we affect people around us and if we want to contribute to build a better world. I like to take responsibility of my actions and be happy with my decisions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm now a paying guest at a Nepali home, so unfortunately I cannot offer a place to stay. I can and would love to get together to tour around town or have a drink!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't got any... yet!

Interests

I love visiting new places and getting to know different kinds of people. I can't avoid writing, but I'm not a writer. Maybe because I value literature too much to say so.
I love reading, dancing, meeting people, going out, discovering places. I also enjoy nature, animals and bugs!
I love discussing about art, history, politics, cinema, ecology, development... any conversation that can show me new perspectives and mindsets is interesting to me!
