About Me
I´m a veterinarian in my country, father of 3 amazing kids and activating my wanderlust genes!
Discovering the unknown, testing boundaries, going out of comfort zone, pushing limits... I think self-growth and realization comes from these things, not from patting yourself on the back. I like receiving negative feedback much rather than a positive one.
So these things pique my interest and I am hungry for as-yet-unlived experiences.
I am planning to start sharing my flat with the Couchsurfers. As a rules of thumb, I prefer to know my prospective guests in a somewhat social chatting prior to their arrival at my home.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Trying to learn how travel without hotel silent rooms, meet new persons, new cultures and expand my mind.
I frequently travel for pleasure and work. I like spending my leisure time in the places that I've never been to. I like getting lost in the backstreets of the cities that I am visiting. Although I require some alone time, I'm also extremely sociable and I like meeting new people. I like feeling like a "global citizen" and having a global network consists of people I really / truly / honestly like.
So if I'm in your town I won't be asking you to crash at your place but possibly I'll contact you to meet up to exchange stories over a cup of coffee or a glass of beer (if we're in France or Italy I can go for some wine too). If you are in my town I would like to meet up for the same reasons (now I can offer a couch to crush on as well). Also I was a "stranger" in more than one countries and I think I have a knack in making people feel adequate and comfortable in uncharted territories.
