Because what I have to offer to sleep is the living room, requests for more than 4/5 nights, are not always available.

Rules:
- its not a restriction, but I have preference for non smokers, in case of two requests for the same date.
- not allowed to smoke inside home, but you have a terrace to do it.
- not allowed to bring other persons to the house.
