My wife Amber and I have sold our business and all our possessions except for what we could pack on a bike. We are touring around the United States right now but sometimes take breaks to visit other countries.

Couchsurfing is new to us but we have used Warmshowers which is similar. Couchsurfing is a great way to also meet different people with other interests than just bicycle touring.

We like mostly classic rock and I love The Grateful Dead. We are open to any good music though.
My favorite fiction novel is "For Whom the Bell Tolls" by Ernest Hemingway. I mostly enjoy reading non-fiction books related to health and nutrition.
Movies? I like a lot of movies. "Fast Times at Ridgemont High", I feel, represents my high school days and I felt like I identified with some of the characters in it.

I've done other things too and really almost died but those are stories to be told in person.
