Desde luego hospedaje, tendras una habitacion con cama , desayuno o algún snack y cerveza artesanal. Si mis ocupaciones lo permiten ofrezco compañia en recorridos por la ciudad.

Of course I could be your host, you would have a free room with bed only for you and some snacks or breakfast and homebrewed beer. If I have free time I could be your guide in your city's tours.
