Hello! I'm a Tyler,TX native currently in college in good 'ol Houston, TX.

I'm an avid healthy lifestyle-er as well as an avid musician. I mostly play jazz guitar, but I literally listen to just about any genre there could possibly be. Recently I've gotten into good rap/hip-hop (Logic, Childish Gambino, Dizzy Wright) with some EDM music as well. I LOVE the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
I love playing soccer, and watching just about any sport.

This profile is a joint profile for my girlfriend as well, Ali Connor. We've been together for a year and a half and love going on adventures together. She currently is in college in Austin, TX. She has been all over the USA camping in some of the best spots out there (Arches, all through Cali, Idaho, you name it). She introduced me to camping and hiking and I fell in love with it. We love just hanging out with people and having a good time, telling stories and whatnot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to experience the world in the most essential, non-convoluted way possible. For me, that means NOT staying at a hotel or something like that. Staying with somebody that knows the ins and outs of whatever city I'm in is an invaluable thing to me, and to me that's why couchsurfing is the way to go.

As a pretty advanced guitar player, I would love to teach guitar to anyone looking to improve their playing. I'm also eager to learn as well, so if you have anything you can help me out with, feel free!
