Overview
About Me
I live on a 5 acre hobby farm in Lockport, Manitoba. My husband and I raised and homeschooled our four children, who are now full-time university students. We have a llama, goats and cats. I enjoy spending time outside working with my animals and planting a vegetable garden.
I went back to university and am preparing to audition for Music Therapy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am traveling to Vancouver for my son's graduation and require a place to stay. I have travelled all over the world and met people and been invited into people's homes through conversations such as, looking for a place to buy cough syrup for my children.
Interests
I enjoy playing piano and knitting.
My goats are my pets as well as provide me with milk. As well as drinking the milk, I have made cheese, yoghurt and soap.
When I decided to get a llama it was to protect my goats and use the fleece. I hope to shear him this year and spin his fleece into wool.
