I've always loved traveling and craved to see destinations around the world, but my family could never afford exciting vacations back then so I hadn't really seen much except my small town in Germany and a small town in Denmark for almost two decades. Fortunately, the economic situation in Europe has changed and now it's very affordable to travel for everyone. Thanks to my dad who has been saving money for 19 years I could work as an Au-pair in the US for 15 months and traveled a lot - that was 5 years ago and since then I've been trying to go on vacation whenever I can. I live very basic for most of the year so that I can travel when I'm free :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to couchsurf, so I'm trying to give the opportunity to others too :) My friends either don't have time or money to join me traveling so I thought it'd be cool to meet some locals and hang out with them :) I prefer authentic traveling like this instead of just ticking sightseeing spots on my list.
I liked the trips most where I stayed over at friends' houses/apartments/rooms and they could show me around the city.

I'm not looking for dating, sex, fucksurfing or whatever, I'm in a very happy monogamous relationship, thanks :D
