What I Can Share with Hosts

I know how to make arepas, which are a kind of colombian corn based bread (?), which are delicious and are a side meal to anything. I can share some great music and a bit of information on my country, historical, political, whatever. I believe we need to change the colombian stereotype one person at a time, so I'm here for it.
