About Me

Hello folks!
My name ist Luisa Valentina, I am a German-Chinese-hybrid and I currently live in France, after that I will be able to host again myself.
I am sometimes very outdoorsy and love to be around nature - on the other hand I am often a lazy couch potato..
I grew up in quite a few places around the globe, collected a few memories & languages and I am now settled down in Berlin for my studies (for the next few years).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new to this hole CS experience but I've heard many wonderful things and I can't wait to travel the world and know at the same time, that there will be friends everywhere! and of course I am also looking forward to those who will stay with me and share all their awesome experiences and stories with me!
I love having guests around and I always try to make them feel as homely and comfy as possible!

having cozy stay-ins with friends and long conversations, some drinks and games ;)
I absolutely LOVE cooking and even more: eating. I am truly a food lover and happy to learn new skills and different styles (I don't eat meat btw but I am open to everything).
I am very interested in both scientific and spiritual topics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess nothing too amazing, so here are a few small ones:

I was send on my first flight alone when I was five years old.. that was scary but i made it

Our school once organized a trip to a poor region in Hebei Province (China), where I could be their first foreign English teacher for one class.. it was a lot of fun!
One of the most interesting experiences in my life was a one-month nursing internship at a locked-ward psychiatry... the things I've seen and learned really changed perspective on life. and being a med student brings a lot of other interesting stories (and I proudly say that I helped giving birth..)

Teach, Learn, Share

Share your traveling experiences with me! there is always so much more to see! ans sometimes it's the little things or the interaction with locals that make a trip truly special - I want to know about the things and people you have encountered!
Teach me languages: I am super language-fanatic and can always use a catch-phrase in a foreign tongue!
also, teach me your best dish! ;)
I don't know if I have a lot to offer, but all my knowledge shall be yours also!
