I am Luisa María, I grew up in the countryside in the south of Colombia in a small town called Pescador where I currently live. I studied anthropology in Popayán. I also am a coffee grower, my parents have a coffee farm and I started to get involved in the magic coffee world through their experiences, besides, was an opportunity for joining my social research interests in rural issues, family business and personal passion.

Coffee has became an important part of my life. This year coffee has taken me to unexpected places and know interesting people, all passionated about coffee beans and coffee drinks. I recently was living an amazin coffee experience in Italy where I learned about all the coffee supply chain, valuable knowledge that I hope to put in practice in my local reality.

I enjoy nature, life in a peaceful way, but also know the world in an adventure way. I love to dance, talk, listen to different types of music and learn about other people's knowledge.
