I am on Couchsurfing trying to find a way to get to meet local and new people who know the country, city and area. To feel the culture, not just travel like a tourist, while cutting expenses at the same time.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

During a vacations period in Ireland (2013) I went to Netherlands to visit an italian friend that had just lost her grandmother. We both lived in São Paulo (Brazil) that time, and her grandma lived in Sicilia (Italy). My friend had an 18-hour-connection in Netherlands so I changed my vacations plans to go see her. It was so nice to be with her on such a tough time... We had a blast, and until the goodbye, I could feel her released from her grief.
This change of plans included an unplanned trip to Brussels to make the travel cheaper, in which I made a good friend..... but that's another story :-)
