About Me

I am looking for deep and meaningful conversations, cultural exchange, connecting people, facilitating knowledge and advocating women's freedom.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is our responsibility watch out for each other, especially, since we know their are disrespectful people with little empathy out there, but if we lead with a positive example, we become role models and together we can make this world a better place.

I am here to contribute positively to the lives of others. I am offering to teach the languages I know, but I am also a good listener for personal stories, that define us and make us the unique and complex creatures we are.

I am here to give back to all those altruistic people enriching our lives with their selflessness.

Interests

I love deep conversations, to learn new languages and to help people out, when they need me.

I also do some ball room dance or swim or watch movies...

I am fascinated by everything that is different.

Music, Movies, and Books

favourite book: PONS German - French :D

favourite movies: Schindler's list, l'ultimo bacio, The Dictator...

favourite music: The sound of my alarm clock waking me up in the morning :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The other day someone came up to me and told me:” Your Portuguese is great!” and I wondered, wow, I never took classes I never read a book and still I know it. Then I realised it was thanks to all those people, who patiently taught me their language and smiled at me for every tiny effort I took and thanks to them I am, who I am.

Teach, Learn, Share

When I teach a language, I try to create individual associations, which the student can remember more easily.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am helping my host where ever I can - doing the dishes or buying some food, inviting him for lunch or hosting him in my city.

But most important:

Being there, when he/she needs help, even if a long time has passed.

Countries I’ve Visited

Egypt, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Moldova, Romania, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Russian Federation, Spain, United States
