ABOUT ME

Life seems really short, so I try to do everything while I can. Quite recently, I've left my job to try creating a business of my own, so we'll see how it goes.

Before the big leap, I used to be a mobile app engineering lead, which was a big passion of mine. I love engineering, product design, and people so it was a no-brainer to pursue this path for 8 years.
Yet again it's quite strange how I made this decision, as before I was playing clarinet for 11 years - classical music really turns on your brain and I think it's one of the most satisfying activities that you can do.

Since I'm spending a lot of time behind a screen, I re-found a long passion of mine, which is cycling. Usually, I try to do road cycling at least a few times a week, sometimes planning longer journeys for weekends.

I would say that I can't live without music, even if I've abandoned my artistic career, and to be honest haven't played for a while - I really enjoy going to a classical concert, and sometimes my other half of the brain says go to a techno rave, which I absolutely love too.

If I had to choose life between a city and complete wilderness - it would be too hard to choose.

I also love reading, I've spent most of my childhood reading classics, though it's quite sad as these days I don't have that much time for books. Movies come to help, yet it's quite hard to find good new ones.

I love meeting new people, because without new connections we would become obsolete.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet the locals, see how they live, feel the rhythm and get the most of the days I have to spend on this earth.
