Hey there, I'm Lukas!

After finishing school in '16 I went on a one year trip trough South-East Asia and Australia ... That where I discovered my love for new countries, cultures and couchsufing.
Now after finishing my studies in Heidelberg I moved to Berlin for work.

I think couchsurfing is the best possibility to meet new people and learn a lot about their culture so if you have place for me, my bagpack and my stories I would be happy to get to know you!

Meet new people, get to know a new culture and find some new friends. It worked out great so far, so I am optimistic that it works out in the future!

兴趣

I am now diving since a couple of years and the last few years I jumped to every chance to work as a Divemaster in warm places around the world. So I'm very happy to tell you about how amazing the underwaterworld is and/or hear your recommendation on where to go :)
If I am here in Germany I do yoga, hiking and skiing, but don't get me wrong I am a great couch potato as well. Always up for a good movie and try to get into reading more.
Also I enjoy cooking new good food, especially indian curries, Italian and Persian food. My spice rack is 1.5 m long and I have got 60+ Spices by now ... Want to bring me more? 😅

I probably listen to all kind of music but mostly to alternative pop and house.

My favorite movie is "Interstellar" and it is followed by "Avatar", "Cloud Atlas", "Mr. Nobody", "Inception", The Batman Trilogy, "Spiderman - into Spiderverse" and a lot more - my goal: watch the IMDB Top 250 😅
I loved "Breaking Bad" and now am watching "Sherlock Holmes", "Dark", "Stranger Things" and "Game Of Thrones".
"Severance" was one if the best series I have watched in the last time.

My favorite Book is "The Swarm" from Frank Schätzing and i like the books from Dan Brown as well. "Thinking Slow and Fast" was a great recent read.

Hitchhiked around Australia.

Tried a lot of crazy food in a home stay on a rice farm in Laos - let's bet you will think I'm crazy 😅

Became a Divemaster and since then worked in beautiful places.
