Hi, you out there who found my profile.
I am Lukas and from the city with the beautiful old town in the "green heart of Germany," Erfurt.
Here is where I grew up, became older and worked as a kindergarten teacher for the past 4 years. But now I trade all that security for a few months of traveling and adventures. (Nevertheless, I'm always happy to share some insider tips about Erfurt with you.)
If I'm not trying to prepare the next generation to be kind, open-minded, non-violent conflict-solving, and self-thinking grown-ups, I love to sit in a café and drink anything but coffee. I meet up with friends; we cook and chat about everything or just about our days. Other than that, I've been bike racing (at some point, even kinda professionally) since I was 8 years old, which I have recently rediscovered for myself. I also really enjoy climbing, and from time to time I go skating.

Especially when I travel around, but also when I'm at home (cause away from home you always see something new and unknown), I try to be as open-minded as possible (just like I try to educate my kindergarten kids on). I also try to always take the opportunity to get to know new people, places, or whatever comes along.
Basically, I try to enjoy everything that comes my way as much as possible and like to see it as a personal learning experience!

I found motivation and took time to leave everything behind. Now I wanna discover the world newly and differently. I want to meet as many new people as possible who want to show me their city and what comes with it.

My current hobbies and what i do with my free time, you can already read up there. But if you wanna show me something new, which i maybe even never did, I'd love to try it out!

My currently favorite book is definitely "The Why Café". Besides that, I actually read "The 13 1/2 lives of Captain Blaubär" and some specialist literature about childhood education.
