I'm 25 years old and from Austria. I want to go to New Zealand on the first week of September in order to start my Phd in the field of biomedical engineering at the University of Auckland. Really looking forward to it! :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing 'cause I'm looking forward to meet some new people in Auckland, New Zealand. I'll be there around the 7th of September and going to stay there for about 3 years (to make my Phd at the University of Auckland). It would be great if there are people who can offer a place for my first days to start with, so I can find a flat or something over there :)

Furthermore, I am also really happy if someone could show me around the city in Auckland!

In case you got any accomodation tips please let me know. I'm grateful for any tips you can provide :)

Interests

I love doing sports - I studied sport science in my bachelor - like football, tennis, climbing, parkour, hiking and so on. Also, I am into travelling a lot. In my last semester I've been So if you are in for renting a car to visit some great placed in New Zealand just let me know!

And I've never tried surfing so far.. so if you wanna hit the waves with me that would be awesome!
