Overview
About Me
I'm a jack of all trades and master of none. With the exception of savant like knowledge of movie trivia I'm a true dabbler. Someone once said about me: He's wired, you'll like him - which is quite well put I suppose.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am looking forward to meeting, listening and connecting with all of you changers, makers and creators out there. Let's go out and discover the world around us together. Let's ask ourselves what we can make places be rather than who we can be in those places. Maybe over a home cooked meal. Let's see the potential not the squandering. Let's exchange ideas.
If you feel the same way and will be passing through Frankfurt on your travels don't hesitate to write me a mail.

Music, Movies, and Books
I screened every movie under the sun so it's hard for me to pick a favourite. I love every film in its own right and despise each one for its failures. The Fountain for its astounding visual style. Blade Runner for its incredible world building. John Wick for its relentless stunt work. The Babadook for its genre-bending approach to drama. Even The Room has its perks as Franco recently made obvious in The Disaster Artist. And Han shot first - watch the digital collection.
I haven't read as many books as I have seen movies but it's still a lot. Adam's The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy makes me laugh out loud every single time I pick it up. Yalom's When Nietzsche Wept is the last book that made me shed a tear or two. Haddon's A Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time made me want to hug someone. Schiller's Don Carlos made me reconsider my dreams and Withe's The End of Protest gave me a manual to operationalise some of them.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We increased access to clean water in the rural Tsledom Community, Ghana.
Together with Rite FM, a local agriculture and social development focused radio station, we educated the local community about water-related morbidity. We provided LifeStraws to families to immediately reduce water-borne disease infections and had a bore-hole drilled to increase local access to potable water.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't teach. I guide.
I don't learn. I discover.
I don't share. I exchange.
Way to go couchsurfing. Now you made me look like a smart-arse.
