Interests

I'm concerned about the environment since I grew up in rural areas of southern Germany and became politicaly engaged as a teenager. I've volunteered with diverse youth groups and organizations on local, national and international level and spend most of my non-university time managing and inventing projects in this area.
In the rest of my "free time", I counterbalance my mental work playing with my dog or doing sports to clear my head and just focus on the physical challenges. (Jiu-Jitsu, Mountainbiking in the woods or enjoying the mountains on my snowboard during winter).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping from the lake side with a rope swing, into a beautiful small mountain like in British Columbia's coastal mountains. Pure Adrenaline!
