Overview
About Me
Hi, I’m Luke.
I’m a kind and curious human on a unique healing journey. I’ll be spending some time in Broomfield, Colorado this summer undergoing regenerative injections for spinal ligament repair and alignment. It’s part of a larger personal project to restore my body from the inside out — through movement, stillness, deep listening, and some sci-fi-level medicine.
I originally trained as an engineer and designer in New York, where I earned dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Interdisciplinary Design. Before that, I was a photojournalist in the U.S. Air Force. I’ve lived a few lives already — but right now, I’m focused on one: rebuilding from the ground up, slowly and intentionally.
Outside of medical appointments and movement practice, I spend time creating furniture, writing, taking photos, experimenting in the kitchen, and working on a quirky accounting business I run remotely called Miserable Accountants (yes, that’s the real name).
I love meeting people with integrity, creative spark, and a sense of humor about this strange ride we’re all on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Scored a buzzer-beating, half-court shot to win the final game of my high school freshman basketball season. I was awful the rest of the season. It was pure magic, once.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m handy — I can fix a leaky faucet, tune up a bike, or help you hang shelves. I’m also a good communicator and listener, and have a deep appreciation for peaceful, thoughtful spaces. I usually have my camera with me, and I’d be happy to take professional photos of you, your home, your art, your garden — or just for fun.
I may also have sourdough starter, fascia tools, or obscure herbal tinctures in my bag. Fair warning.
