Hi! My name is Luke Everett, and I am a young guy that is looking for an adventure in his life! Traveling has been pretty scarce so far in my life and I really want to fulfill this travel need with good company!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing for multiple reasons. One being that now that I am finally in college and out of my parents domain, I have always wanted to travel the world as much as possible. I do this out of curiousness because I have always felt sorta trapped here, like a bird in a cage. After researching extensively, Couchsurfing was by far the best thing that could help me do what I want to do. Traveling is one part of it but getting to know somebody I feel is the best part. Meeting new people and understanding who they are and where they come from has always intrigued me, just like traveling out of my little Pittsburgh domain has as well.

Interests

I really love sports, if you name it, I have probably played it sometime in my life. There is just something about them, the friendly competition that brings everyone together to enjoy. I also really enjoy exercise and moving around, for if you are always moving you never really get bored too often! Another thing is that I enjoy a lot is trying new things in general, whether that be new food to me, listening to a new band, but most of all, meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen to about anything and love all types, except for heavy metal. I really like Reggae and Classic Rock. Iration and Billy Joel are top picks for me.

Movies: I can confidently say that I have probably watched more movies than most people. It is a big hobby of mine to watch and collect all kinds of movies. My favorite movie of all time would have to be Gladiator.

Books: I have read many books growing up over the years, especially series books. Everyone has read them but I read the Harry Potter series in its entirety 3x. I am currently reading a 22 book series, Redwall.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing that I have done recently, is, its actually funny, is that I somehow got an amazing girl way out of my league to date me!
