About Me

Hello, my name is Luke Kikukawa and before you ask no Kikukawa isn't a Hawaiian name. It is Japanese. I'm from a tiny island in Hawaii named Molokai. Molokai in a very rural place with less than 8000 residents and a high native Hawaiian population. I'm currently a pre-med student at Middlebury College in Vermont, US. I'm an adventurous and athletic guy who enjoys travelling and meeting new people. I'm clean, flexible, friendly, and can't wait to get to know you.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I enjoy lots of classic rock (America, The Stones, Chicago, Motown, Queen, Fleetwood Mac...), rap (Kendrick, Quest, RTJ, Frank Ocean, OFWGKTA, Young Thug), Reggae (Shashamon, Bob, Iration, Rebelution, Stay High Patrol...), hip hop, folky / alternative (Mac Demarco, Jack Johnson, Gorrilaz, Alt-J...) and classical when I'm studying.

Movies: For comedy I like anything with Will Ferrell, Kate McKinnon, Louis C. K., or Amy Poehler. Also anything directed by Steven Spielberg, Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorsese, Quentin Tarantino, Wes Anderson, Christopher Nolan, or Ridley Scott. Fan of sci-fi and good cinematography.

Books: A Song of Fire and Ice, LOTR, pretty much any great fantasy.
