Interests

I am an avid cyclist and runner. I like to spend as much time outdoors as I can. I recently graduated from the University of Ottawa. I have worked on and off as a line cook for the better part of six years. I like short, informative sentences. I like to read (recently taken an interest in 20th century American literature). I like to play cards. I like to drink beer every now and again. I like to travel.

Springsteen.

As far as reading goes, I spent the last four years of school reading strictly nonfiction. As a result, all I have now chosen to read mostly fiction, especially all the classics that I have yet to read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2009 I organized a canoe expedition with my best friend. We travelled from Kingston to Ottawa (about 200km) in about 5 days using only a tattered old tourist brochure to navigate. We had a blast.
