I love any songs that have a great story to tell, things that are funky or songs that are melodically interesting. I listen to a lot of newer indie rock, bluegrass, mambo, various types of metal and some pop punk. Movies, I like the indie and low budget sleepers like Beginners and Kubo and the Two Strings. Books, I'm into offbeat fiction and things you would have never expected to be fun reads.
