I'm in my mid-twenties and feel a little bit like Walter Mitty in the movie, "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty"— I want to travel!

I've been working as an Assistant Practice Manager at a counseling organization in Memphis, TN, as well as a Program Manager at a leadership consulting organization for the past two years. That's been good experience, but I long for more.

I really desire to see the world, explore, and live fully. When I think of a life fully lived, I think about travel. I think about experiencing the different cultures, foods, amazing beauty of different parts of the world.

I have a bachelors degree in International Business. I'm really interested in counseling and being able to present with myself and with others. I'm thinking about going back to school to become a counselor.

I enjoy playing games and sports. I'm into crossfit. I enjoy playing songs just for fun. I love animated movies! I love culture, dancing, music, food, and oatmilk lattes. I like eating pretty healthy. I love trying new things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing for a few reasons—

I love to travel! And while I'm traveling, it's way more fun to get to experience the local culture with a local. I enjoy meeting new people, exploring and learning new things.

Alongside traveling, I need help figuring out the local area, what to do, what to not do, and good places to go.

And lastly, I want to travel more! It's expensive, and so as to travel as much as I can, I'd rather save money on hotels, while getting to make friends with the locals.

My favorite movies are probably The Lord of the Rings, Moana, The Lego Movie, The Lego Batman Movie, The Hobbits, The Way, Tangled, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, and Hamilton.

My favorite books are the Percy Jackson series, followed by the Heroes of Olympus series.

I spent two months in Northern Thailand teaching English to kids at a village.
