ABOUT ME

I am currently studying for a PhD in Physics at the University of Auckland. From time to time I skive off and go surfing or visit another country. Naturally this is not conducive to actually finishing my study. I'm trying and apparently failing to learn German.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had some experience now couch surfing (in Europe) and hosting couch surfers here in NZ. I also attend the local couch surfing meetings/drinks from time to time

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I recently "discovered" couch surfing while traveling the Donau radweg from Vienna to Passau. I have also couch surfed a bit in Germany, which has been great!

Interests

I really enjoyed climbing Mount Ngauruhoe, and then sliding back down.
