I seek the greatest possible breadth of knowledge, I love to eat and to experience beautiful sights, sounds and feelings. More of less an academic hedonist and there is no better way to gather these things than to meet new people in new places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent several months travelling alone in Europe and learning about life when I was 18/19 - slept on park benches and starved half the time but was really happy to do it and fell in love with travel.

I travelled on buses from Johannesburg to Ilha de Mozambique - it took more than a week and a case of malaria but was a great experience.
