I'm a 29 years old French woman travelling around the world by my own for a year (maybe more :)) I've worked 12 years in the food industry in France(head-waitress, cook, wine dealer, fish supplier). I'm craving to discover new techniques and new products. I did an art school before my culinary school so I'm also curious about any craft.
