ABOUT ME

The year after having graduated from school I spent a great deal of time on the road travelling, mainly for rock climbing. One of the good things about this sport definitely is, that it brings you to amazing places! After this year I wanted to actually learn something again and since it always kinda annoyed me that I only had english in school, and when travelling in france before I often couldn't commuänicate with the people there properly, which I found sad because I just absolutely loved the land. So I decided to live in Montpellier, in the South of France for 3 months in order to learn some french. It actually turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life! I ve met amazing people there and made some great experiences! Now I felt like "setteling down" somewhere again and so I moved to Hamburg and started to study Philosophy and Political Siences at the University there. My first semester is now finished and I'm still all excited about my subject!
I would Say that i am a Pretty curious Person, i m constantly in Need for new Input, and have to discover new things! I am also the Kind of Person who cannot Keep her mouth shut because she s laughing all the time;)

PHILOSOPHY

Life gives you what you expect it to... so always expect your day to be a great one. Beeing optimistic doesn't hurt at least!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I ve never done any couchsurfing or hosting so far, but I love the idea behind it, so I m syked to try it now! If it turns out to be an experience as amazing as I expect it to be I think I ll also open my home for guests too!

Climbing/Bouldering, I love doing sport and beeing outdoors in generale: like running, skiing in winter, some windsurfing and hiking sometimes

I love eating and Good Food! It's a shame that one doesn't have Hunger the WHOLE time-but i'm Close to;)

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like pretty different kind of music, at the moment it's alot of Milky Chance, Vampire Weekend, Kanye West, Angus and Julia Stone, Kendrick Lamar, fun., and all time stars like supertramp, beach boys, edith piaf, eddie vedder, kings of leon, eliot smith, the xx and much more.... And I definately always love to discover new music!

mhmm movies... well, there are too many! I love going to the cinema,prefarably small ones and in the OV. I love french movies, my big favorite is jeux d'enfants for sure!
Other movies that pop into my mind at first are Cloud atlas, Pulp fiction, Into the wild, drive ( yes, it IS far more than a simple action movie, even if they don't talk loads!), Lord of the rings ( because I pretty much grew up with these books!), Alice in wonderland, closer, and so on... I could go on ages ;)

I love good books, but unfortunately I m a pretty slow reader and I often lack time... Books I just love are for example: The discovery of heaven by harry mulisch, Little bee by chris cleave, The great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald (for it never gets old), ensemble c'est tout by anna gavalda, and obviously the lord of the rings again ;)
