To live in and with nature - starting with healthy seasonal food grown in the region. To know where the things you use come from and to pay attention that our impact on our ecosystem keeps it in balance.

Interests

Saving little rabbits from being breakfasted by the cat. Explaining the world to my kids. Classical music, literature, cinema, outdoor sports, travelling to wild and crazy places. Trying to figure out in which way society should develop...

Teach, Learn, Share

Ecological construction methods (from clay insulation to lime/curd cheese colours) - the way in which houses have been built 200 years ago. I have a lot of experience in this field but I am also always interested in learning more.

Plants (trying to grow mediterranean plants (kiwi, figs, olive trees, palms) in continental climate conditions.
