ABOUT ME

Samantha and Nicolas : We are a couple living in Ermont, a small town 20 minutes far from the center of Paris.

It's not easy to describe ourselves but maybe we can tell we are honest people, who like to share with others. There is always something we can learn from someone else and about other cultures.
We enjoy life and its simple things.
Samantha is a honest and sensitive person (but sometimes, she can get sad). She plays every week in a drama club and on stage sometimes (shows). She studies in a web school and likes arts in general.
And I can describe myself as a kind and generous person. I like to play the guitar and I study public law. But I can be lonely sometimes.
We are very curious and we like to talk about everything.

We have a real passion for traveling and have many dreams about exploring the world : Sam would like to see a glacier (Perito Moreno), the North pole, she is attracted by ice and cold but also by its opposite ; we are dreaming about limpid and blue sees, colored fishes, desert gold sand, volcanos lava, Amazonia forest... We want to discover nature and earth's treasures as well as cities, we are both interested by urban life and society.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We're quite new to couchsurfing, so right now all I can say is that I'd love to receive people and show them some of Paris, so that they can enjoy this city without being stuck to the tourist stuff (although it's a very touristical city).

Also, we'd like to travel and meet new people, share some of our culture but also learn a lot from others. In the end, we want to have fun by sharing with others. We are not difficult of precious people, we're open to have a good time !

Interests

Sam : acting, writing, painting, baking cakes, red wine with cheese and bread, everyday crosswords (ones with arrows), nature (trees, meteorology, astronomy, snorkeling...) and being curious !

Nicolas : playing guitar, having guitars, computer and video games, tenis, running, good food, being hungry all the time.

Us : Our red wine-cheese-bread parties, geeking, video games, computers, music, traveling, hanging out with friends...
