Hello! We are a fun family who likes to meet new people and travel. I've been a teacher for the last 16 years. I have two kids, Jakob who is 17 and Sienna who is 13. I am originally from Lima, Peru and had lived in Boston, California and now Seattle, I have been in this city for 16 years now.

I heard about Couchsurfing through a friend who was hosting a photographer from Italy. I thought it was a great idea and fun way to meet people from all over the world.

Photography, writing, reading, art, dance, going to museums, festivals, concerts, indie movies, architecture, history and I also love the sea and nature.
I had worked in mostly all the areas of media, (advertising agency, film, tv, radio, theater). Theater and film are what I love the most. I did a lot of acting and producing in theater in my native Lima before moving to USA and some while I lived in Boston.

I grew up in the 70's and 80's so music from that era is memorable to me. I also like many new indie bands of today. The Professional is one of my favorite movies along with many others from all over the world.

I can teach you Spanish, help you with your English. I can also teach you some Peruvian recipes. I love to learn from other cultures, life stories, learn languages. I would love to share my own stories and experiences. I was an Au Pair once and an exchange student as well.
