ABOUT ME

I enjoy spending time with my friends and nice contemporaries - cooking, having meals together, having some tea or coffee, talking, sometimes playing games, going out ... I think I am a quite open-minded, frank person.
In comparison to other people however, I need much time for myself (especially on vacation), so nobody should ever feel hurt if I say goodbye for some time, quite possible that I feel cramped again. This is normal with me, please don't worry.
I am a vegan and I am not evangelizing. I don't like to vindicate my way of life to critics - maybe, occasionally, and if I am in the right mood I talk about it to people who are frankly interested. From time to time I'm nice, too. ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

On vacation, I am not only looking for a place to stay but I am interested in getting in contact to people I can spend my evening with, people I can learn from, who I can have some good conversations with (always on the mission to improve my foreign languages), maybe going out. Cooking together would be the cherry on top. I would enjoy to benefit from your local knowledge.

At home in Magdeburg I would really enjoy to show you "my" city, where to get the best (soy) latte, maybe take a walk (or jog?) along the river Elbe and at our city park (where you can witness deer and rabbits from time to time). Of course, and if you are interested, we can do a little sightseeing tour to a few remarkable attractions. I would love to cook with/for you, even if you should sleep elsewhere.
