What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a second bedroom that is mainly used for storage but there is a queen sized air mattress (NEW and very comfy), or you can use my inflatable sleeping pad and some blankets. Not much in the kitchen or bathroom but both function. I have a nice garage attached to the unit to stow your bike/gear. There is a stairway that leads up to the backroom and there is not a working light fixture. Feel free to do laundry, shower, and use the kitchen but please keep it clean or at least as you found it. Lastly, this is a duplex and I do not want to annoy my neighbor so noise levels must come down around 10pm.
