Hello everyone!
My name is Livia, I'm 25 years old and I've just moved into a delightfl little attic in Trastevere, in the heart of Rome. I get my Master Degree in Modern Philology in January at Sapienza's University. I wrote my thesis in Gender Studies, about the feminist spirituality movement, beginned in the United States around the Seventies, with a particular ferment in California. The movement gather heterogeneous contributions, reflecting on gender equality in religious sphere and on a possible expressive of the sacred feminin.
I also get a Three-year Degree in Literature, Music, Theatre and Cinema at Sapienza's University.
Now I'm doing an internship at the University of California in Rome-UCEAP. My work consists in helping american students to learn italian. I would like to specialize in teaching Italian to foreigners.
I work as an educational tutor with primary and secondary school students, helping children to do their homework in the afternoon. I took a certificate to work with dyslexic and dysgraphic children. I love teaching and I really like working with students.
I'm a second level Reiki healer (Mikao Usui's Japanese method of natural healing).
At this moment I'm following the second year of the three-year-course of Temple of Ara, the Wicca's tradition founded by the high priestess Phyllis Curott in New York in the Eighties.
I did an internship at Archivia library, which is located at the International Women's House, in Trastevere. Archivia has a rich library of texts concerning feminism. I worked in the library for a year, elaborating a reasoned bibliography on the theme "Autobiography, memory and subjective narrative from the post-war period to our ours".
I also worked like a barlady in a very nice international music club, where I learned how to make delicious cocktails.
In my free time I help a volunteer association bringing breakfast to homeless. We serve hot coffee, cappuccino and croissants to those who need a hot meal and some smiles. :)
I love doing meditation, listening to wind's sound, taking care of animals and plants, drinking a glass of wine at the window listening to Valerie June that runs on vinyl. I love feeling the warmth of the sun on my face, inviting my friends home, walking in the woods in search of fairies and little creatures, having courage, feeling what is right, traveling around the world, responding to hate with love, meditating in the light of the full moon. I love watching the pirouettes of birds in the sky, playing my tibetan bells, listening to rock music, riding around the city with my bike, growing seeds, feeling the energy of the universe, enjoying good vibes and good people, dancing in the living room with my boyfriend, creating gifts for my friends with my hands, watching Miyazaki's films for the hundredth time. I love expanding my awareness, learning new things and being and doing what I would like to see in the world. Thank's for reading and Blessed be.

I moved to live alone in a small attic in the center of Rome in January and I think my home could be a great opportunity to travel and to host. I love traveling, I think it's one of the most beautiful things that we can do.
In my travels I love meeting people, living like them, knowing their customs and traditions. Today I have many friends in the world.

I love rock music, especially rock of the Seventies, like Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Guns 'n' Roses, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Who, Janis Joplin, The Doors, Aerosmith, but I also love bands of my generation, like Green Day, Blink 182, Sum 41, Avril Lavigne, The Killers. My musical tastes are very heterogeneous, from jazz, blues, soul, I really love Valerie June, Billie Holiday, Chuck Berry, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra and Little Walter, to electornic music (I love Washed Out!). My favorite singers are also Tracy Chapman, music by Studio Ghibli, Bob Marley, Bon Jovi, Caparezza, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Ed Sheeran, Empire Of The Sun, Eric Clapton, Foo Fighters, Jake Bugg, John Mayer, Klingande, NGMT, Milky Chance, Oasis, One Republic, Robin Schulz, Sia, The Lumineers, X Ambassadors. Lady Gaga, Pink and Avril Lavigne are my favorite women's cool and girl-power-singers! ;)
